Tooele

Cedar Mountain Environmental proposes to construct and operate a low-level radioactive waste (LLRW) disposal facility in the West Desert Area of Tooele County. The proposed location for the site is in western Tooele County, Utah. The site will be located within Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 11 West, SLB&M, Tooele County, Utah (approximately 640 acres). The facility is located approximately three (3) miles north of the Clive interchange on Interstate 80.

The principals of CME have extensive design, engineering, management, and construction experience associated with the disposal of LLRW wastes. In addition, the principals of the company have experience in disposing of LLRW wastes in the West Desert Area of Tooele County.
